Hi, everyone: I've started a new group, called The Sports Bar, for fans of any sport who are looking for an active, lively discussion. But, I need members for it to be an actual 'team.' "No man is an island," etc.
I've lurked on the baseball group for a long time. You have a lot of knowledgeable denizens, but sometimes the activity level falls off. Also, there aren't really any regularly active groups for the other major US sports, or minor sports, or cricket, or . . .
So, for those of you who are interested in a more regular conversation about baseball, or about any other sport of which you are a fan, please check out: http://www.librarything.com/groups/thesportsbar.
Of course, I will not ask you to relinquish your loyalty to the home team, either.
