I have a lot of books that want to be read. Some even wiggle on their shelves to be picked next.

Sooo... I try to read 75 books this year:

of which 75 are ROOTs
of which 30 are BC-MTBR (reduce MTBR-group for BookCrossers)
of which 26 count for the author's Alphabet Challenge
of which 12 are 1001-library books or listed on the 1001-lists
of which 5 or more are over 500 pages
of which 1 is in German, 1 in Swedish, 1 in Russian and 1 in Afrikaans

with a total of 20,000 pages

Congratulations on reaching 75, Grada!

I've barely made it past 50 so far this year.
*sigh*

Wow! You're likely working on 106 or 7, and I'm still closing in on 75. GOOD for you!

>15 SqueakyChu: >16 LizzieD: Unfortunately the personal circumstances have made the need to read very urgent and being away from work because of them permitted me the time to read.

But thanks for the congrats :-)

Otherwise I don't think I would have reached, or got over 75. Too many other things to do...

I am still puzzled by the difference between the list that shows under 'read in 2015' (Your books section) and my list in this thread.
The difference is no less than 16 books....

No matter what the number is, 130 or 114, I'm still happy with the result over 2015 :-)
