I maintain an illustrated catalogue of all the nearly 3000 books in my library.
It is arranged into different sections such as Art, Antiquarian, Limited Edition, Automobilia, Australiana, Folio Society etc. and of course, Atlases
I have prepared a slideshow on Flickr of my antiquarian atlases that may be of interest to some of you. It is in a completely random order (but I can search the database easily on my computer) and covers books from 1744 to 1987.
Click on the right side of the screen to progress through the slideshow, or view in portrait mode on a tablet or phone and swipe through.

Flagged with my notes and when I have a LOT of time I plan to go through the slideshow since I am a secret 'atlas and map collector!!'

A lovely well-documented collection. My regret is that I can't examine each volume in detail!

Beautiful!

Out of curiosity, why did you choose to include the 1987 "ABC Air Travel Atlas" as antiquarian while your other atlases from the 1970s and 1980s are "contemporary"?

Just a personal pecadillo. It seems so old fashioned now.
