Seeking book on Greek mythology.

Some of the stories featured include Pygmalion and Galatea, Echo and Narcises and the king who makes the wish that everything he touch turn to gold.

Those stories show up a lot in books on Greek mythology, so anything else you can remember would be helpful. Was it for adults or children? Illustrated? Sometimes even a description of the cover can help.

D'Aulaires' book of Greek myths, Edith Hamilton's Mythology, Robert Graves's The Greek Myths, and Bernard Evslin books on Greek myths are some of the most popular on the subject.

And the one I was specifically posting about I found on Google Books. It is: Myths of the ancient Greeks.

I made a mistake and the book I orginally found was not the one I wanted. Found the correct one..it is called Heroes. gods and monsters of the Greek myths by Bernard Evslin.
