November Goals and Progress

Here's the November thread! Tell us about your plans.

I am determined to read some of my ABC books. I've got at least The Blade Itself and A Cold Day for Murder planned.

I am going to run two sweeps that I won (manga and chick-lit) and avoid participation in any others. I'm going to Moscow next week, when I plan to get some books that are hard to come by here. Apart from that I'm on a book buying ban for November.

As for reading, I've created end-of-the-year TBR and would love to read 3-5 books from it (all those I own and got during this year). I would love to get close or finish my goodreads challenge as well

For November I want to read 1 more ABC book, one more Ian Rankin Rebus book, one more Giles Blunt and one more Anne McCaffrey.

My November is going well so far. I finished one ABC book, A Cold Day for Murder by Dana Stabenow, an RABCK book from Boekentrol which I found very enjoyable. I've also started my oldest ABC book, The Blade Itself by Joe Abercrombie.

I'm struggling with both of my bans %)

Okay, I'm lifting my bans. Need to think of something else I'd like to do in November instead

I'm going to participate in Tome Topple. Hope to finish something enormous, like finally be done with Die Entscheidung

My November was quite successful. I finished 2 ABC books (one older one and one from this year's roundabout) and am almost finished with a third. I also finished a couple from my own shelves to register and release.

I almost succeeded in my November goals as I read one ABC book, the last Rebus book on my shelf and one Giles Blunt book. I didn't get to the Anne McCaffrey but I am reading one now.
