1. Thrice the Brinded Cat Hath Mewed by Alan Bradley
Getting towards the end of this series, and they are quite formulaic, but I love them.

2. Less by Andrew Sean Greer
I expected more from a Pullitzer winner. This was more mildly diverting than life changing, or life affirming, or any of those other terms thrown around for a book like this.

3. Our Man in Havana by Graham Greene
I love a good spy novel, and this was so different, and fantastic. The premise is so ridicluous. Wormold seems so gormless and idiotic, but is really simply naive and hopeful for his daughter. He can't see the implications for what he is doing until, really, it is too late.
