For a 13 year old, no.

Try 'Read YA Lit' which is about young adult books. There is also a comics and graphic novels group.

Hi! This group is for "librarians, catalogers, archivists, students... or anyone else who wants to talk about metadata, tagging, FRBR, library 2.0, social software, cataloging, and, of course, LibraryThing!"

DefinitelyPotentially, it can be a good group, depending on what you want to do. Other groups you might also like (based on your profile)...

>3 andyl: there are 13-year-olds who volunteer in or want to work in libraries. Why isn't this a good group for them?

>5 aspirit: Because this 13-year-old doesn't say anything about being interested in libraries.
