LC Classification subheads inaccurately captured

I noticed some peculiarities when looking at https://www.librarything.com/lcc/P901-1091# (Extinct ancient or medieval languages). Supposedly I have 4 books in this classification, but only one is legitimate. Little Women, for example, is classed under the PS or PZ subhead according to the Work details page, https://www.librarything.com/work/25794791/workdetails/203027193, but never under P901-1091.

Some of the works under this subhead appear to have incorrect or badly formatted info in the work details, but others (like Little Women) appear to have appropriate LC subheads but are getting caught up in P901-1091 anyway. I haven’t explored whether this is a problem in other classifications as well.

>1 Charon07: I've checked my 'holdings' in the P901-1091 and can confirm there is something odd going on.

I am listed as having 5 titles in this classification - but though all belong to the P classification, none have numbers in this part of the field.
I have three PJ992 classification books listed in this field (I have 324 PJ entries in my catalogue but only the PJ992 books are listed in the P901-1091 range - and they're shown correctly under the PJ listings as well).
I have one PE1068 classification book listed in this field (I have 6 PE entries in my catalogue but only the PE1068 book is listed in the P901-1091 range - and it's shown correctly under the PE listings as well).
I have one PN989 classification book listed in this field (I have 62 PN entries in my catalogue but only the PN989 book is listed in the P901-1091 range - and it's shown correctly under the PN listings as well).

It looks as though LibraryThing is currently ignoring the second letter when sorting in the P901-1091 range (ie PE1068 is being read P1068, PN989 is being read as P989 etc.)

Checking further it's doing this for all 8 subheadings in the P1-1091 range, not just P901-1091.

This seems to be happening with other classifications as well. I've noticed that GT classifications are also being read as G classifications - which explains many of the odd looking 'maps' in the selected works listed:

Thanks for the report, I'm assigning this one to timspalding.

LibraryThing is still ignoring the second letter when sorting for single letter LCC classifications (so PZ is also read as P, GT is also read as G, etc).

For instance my Philology, Linguistics listing (P1-1091) is currently dominated by juvenile literature (PZ1-90).

I'm not finding this to be the case. Perhaps it was fixed since 2021?

Here's a direct link to the P books in >5 newcrossbooks:

>6 timspalding: It's still a problem. Your link to the P books in >5 newcrossbooks: inludes all of the PAs, PBs, PCs etc - it's not currently possible to just look for plain Ps.

Try to display my P1-1091. Philology. Linguistics books. You'll see that the listing also includes any PA1-1091, PB1-1091, PC1-1091 etc that I have catalogued and is currently dominated by juvenile literature (PZ1-90).

I'm seeing this too, in the Ks. I have quite a few books in KF (American Law) but not as many in K. But when I look at
https://www.librarything.com/lcc/K520-5582#
it shows mostly KF books, with a few others (KD, KL, KZ) in there as well.
