I have completed Act II
Thoughts:
I noticed that for the first time the "common" folk were a part of the play. They, too, are concerned about the royal succession. This probably pulled the common man into the play, it resonated with the audience.
I felt that in Act I and at the beginning of Act II, Richard was masquerading as a nice guy to buy time. Now, I think he's not afraid to let others know of what he has done, so that they will fear him.
