This January 2022 will be thirteen years that I’ve been on LT. Since the pandemic started, I’ve become more purposeful about my reading, and I returned to LT after a long time away. I don’t always have time to post thoughts/reviews about my reading, but I’ll certainly keep trying to update when I can in 2022. Covid lockdowns have encouraged me to continue being an armchair traveller!

Adult Fiction: 50
Adult Non-Fiction: 5
Juvenile/YA Fiction: 9
Short Stories: 1

New countries/regions read: 8

Best books of the month:
Definitely The Lincoln Highway - 5 STARS. This one will make my Best of 2022 list without a doubt. Another masterpiece from Amor Towles. I also loved The Midnight Library.

Very disappointed in No One is Talking About This. I fail to see WHY this book made the Booker Prize shortlist.
