I recently noticed that The Grandmother by Georges Simenon is listed as #33 in the Maigret series and is also listed as the same book as Maigret and the Old Lady. The Grandmother is a standalone, non-Maigret, quiet dark noir story. Maigret is not in it. (I have it and I've read it.) I don't know how to fix the listing.

Touchstones: The Grandmother by Georges Simenon
Someone must have fixed this for you, because I don't see a series listed for it.

I've been separating, but things have gone a bit weird, so I think someone else is also working on it. As >1 mysterymax: mentioned, the works had been combined, but non-English copies aren't always easy to sort.

Yes, I extracted editions of The Grandmother and Die Grossmutter from Maigret and the Old Lady and combined them. They lose any series note. I may have missed other translations of the work so might be worth a quick look at the editions page of Maigret and the Old Lady

At least >1 mysterymax:'s copy is fixed, along with several others, but there are loose copies in other languages that need research and combining. Not today. It needs to settle first. I have put a disambiguation notice on The Grandmother.
