A post in another thread by MarianV brought this to mind. Do you read your nonfiction in clusters of topics? I usually don't try to, I sort of do a "close my eyes and choose" lottery when I decide what to read, but right now I'm reading a bio of Christopher Columbus and that reminded me that I have his journal to read and a book written by a man who sailed by the route Columbus went. It sort of makes me want to read one after another while the info is fresh in my mind.

I just wondered if anyone else does this. How do you choose the book you will read next?

I am in desperate need of shelf space, so lately iI have been sorting my LT catalog by page number and reading skinny books first so I can put them up on BookMooch.

You may have a better idea than I do, I've been reading my fattest books for the same reason! Except I don't do BookMooch, but I find I get bogged down sometimes. I'm trying to reduce my mystery/fantasy pile as well, but not succeeding very well. Do they breed? I keep finding sequels!

Books are like bunnies, they make dust and offspring.
