Try:

JR Ward- Brotherhood series
Lynsay Sands- Argenau vampire series

I've said it on LT before, but I feel it deserves repetition. What's erotic to one person is highly specific to that person. Just as who you fancy (sexually) is specific.

How explicit the book descriptions are is one aspect - even down to specific words, which may turn you on or put you off depending on your upbringing and your erotic education.

Personally speaking (and I hope no offence is taken) vampirism (see #2) is no closer to erotic than is the speaking clock. I specialise in the erotic (as I see it) and the three authors named in #2 are meaningless to me!

It has to be recognised that some women get gooey at submitting to the will of a dominant man, some to a dominant woman. Some like voyeurism, some like fetishes, which may be lightweight or heavyweight. The same goes for men, mutatis mutandis. We all make our choices! And as has been said in the broader context, you may have to kiss a few frogs before finding a prince/princess!

Quite often even a glance at the cover of a book gives an initial clue, although publishers do sometimes cheat. But once you've found an author who launches your fleet then (as with all else) simply hang out for a while in that shipyard. Reviews are helpful ... even skimpy ones that provide a few key words ... but even Amazon falls way short on giving useful clues, and I regret to say that LT is not yet as good. I'm trying to remedy this, specifically in the erotic area.

I hope you find lots of stuff you really enjoy!
