- The week-long Native American Arts Festival, designed to enhance and add depth to the hands-on workshops, includes formal presentations, lectures, and informal discussion with a distinguished group of artists, tribal elders, scholars and archaeologists. In addition, the Festival Week offers a way for those not enrolled in a workshop to participate and learn about the most current issues and theories concerning Native American artists, art, archeology and culture.
