- The Datong public library is very pleasant and has a surprisingly large English section. The entryway is also pretty cool.
The map point is not very accurate. The most convenient MRT station is Yuanshan, and the walk from there is not bad, but be prepared for about 15 minutes. If you take Hami Street, it's a lot more pleasing to the eye. There's probably a bus that goes from Yuanshan, so it couldn't hurt to ask the info desk.
