The Northwest Library is a cooperative project of the Worthington Libraries and the Columbus Metropolitan Library and is managed by the Worthington Libraries. Groundbreaking for the facility took place on September 13, 1994 and Opening Day was April 16, 1996.
Settle back in the main reading room and take advantage of the beautiful and comfortable lounge furniture.
The children's area includes a space for story time and other programs called the Story Garden where children of all ages can enter the magical world of reading. The teen area offers a fun, funky space where teens can browse the teen collection and hang out.
Dozens of computers are available across the library, offering Internet access and use of Microsoft Office. We offer free wireless access. Copying and printing are available for a small fee.
The Northwest Library has a large Meeting Room and a small Conference Room available for use by the public, as well as three study rooms and a tutor room.
