I read this for school. It was not a book I would typically care to read but I did appreciate learning what is looked for by editors when it comes to publishing poetry. Having submitted a few pieces of my own, it definitely provided insight on how to better edit my pieces going forward and the elements to ensure my poems possess. I was surprised by many of the poems the editors found so powerful- most of them I didn't care for! ( )
