Der er en hel del slåen-på-brystet over at Kong Georg var dansk. Hvis man kigger nøjere efter, så er Grækenlands historie fyldt med krige, hvor generaler og konge har fået slagtet titusinder af deres landsmænd uden at der er kommet noget bedre ud af det. Prins Peter siger da også i forordet at alene i hans tid har Grækenland set 5 krige, ca 1 for hvert tiende år. Denne bog er skrevet af en amerikaner, så der er selvfølgelig også noget om alle de penge, amerikanerne hældte i Grækenland efter anden verdenskrig.

Ret patos-fyldt bog uden ret meget gods. ( )
