Sylvia needs to get herself back together following surgery for a brain tumor, and while waiting for needed work on her mystery writer daughter's new home she is temporarily ensconced in a pricey retirement home. Sounds boring, eh? Not when first a small dog and then its rather nasty owner are poisoned! Who was this old lady and why would someone in the home want to eliminate her?
