"A Taste of Armageddon" wouldn't wind up on anyone's best episodes list. (Although I remember I was so taken with Mea 3 as a child I drew her.) It's at best average. But "Space Seed" has Khan, who would later be central in the Trek film "The Wrath of Khan" which many consider the best of the Trek films. Just as this episode was one of the best of the television series and Ricardo Montalbán's Khan one of Trek's most unforgettable characters. (
