However, the points could have been made with more precision and less verbiage. As a long-form essay, this would be an excellent resource for getting people to think about life – balance. As a book, not so much. ( ![]() This book has some very interesting concepts and ideas: 1.Satisfaction rather than pleasure. 2. Manage your energy. 3. Systems drive behavior so establish systems with goals, habits, and feedback. That's it - about 10 page book would be enough to explain it. But the 10 pages are really really good.
