At 208 pages it is a quick read that gave me a better appreciation of the history of the Relief Society. I did not know about the Relief Society activities during and after the two world wars.

Several of the earlier chapters touched on things that I have heard about, and was a little disappointed at not having great depth. However, given the purpose of the book, that’s understandable. I am glad that I read it.

I created a study plan and read it in Gospel Library. I like electronic books because I can quickly highlight, and just as quickly change the highlight. I received a printed copy just as I finished it. (
