This was an interesting book taking a look at different ways to make maps other than the traditional road map. I liked the layout of starting with the head, body, hand, heart, etc. then moving on to experience and emotional mapping. There are project ideas included throughout that would be fun to experiment with. It's not a technique book; it's an idea and inspiration book with some very basic how-to info here and there.
