Who’s Got The Money, is a clever embezzlement scheme, and as a former FBI agent I can say it’s one that really could have happened. St. James and Holland use their knowledge about prison manufacturing combined with very active imaginations to create a plot that keeps you on your toes while trying to stifle laughter. Every time you think you’ve figured it out, another surprise awaits. Good thing they’re not crooks.

WHO'S GOT THE MONEY, a fast, funny and clever chase. Join Morgan St. James and Meredith Holland and their trio of sharp women who turn disaster and defeat into determination to make the bad guys pay. Twists you don't see coming. Laughs you can't contain. A thoroughly enjoyable ride!

Although we have used our knowledge to create a believable, clever
but fictional crime caper, we wish to dedicate this book to the real
prison programs, both State and Federal.
Here is what a former inmate who worked in the program while in
federal prison has to say:
While incarcerated in federal prison, I worked in the prison industry
manu factur ing program. It was, and remains, a program that helps in -
mates meet their financial needs and gain self-esteem while behind bars.
But beyond that, it gives them an opportunity to build a nest egg and
learn a trade that will help them when they are back on the street. The
better equipped a person is financially and in job skills when he is released
from prison, the better his chances for not ending up back behind the
walls.
Andrew DiDonato, Former Gambino Crime Family associate
“Surviving the Mob” co-authored with Dennis N. Griffin
It is a fact that scandals appear in the media almost every day, so
embezzle ment or misappropriation of government funds is not unrealistic.
However, it is also a fact that participants in these rehabilitation programs
are at least 24% less likely to return to prison. Where applicable, a portion
of their earnings are also allocated to victim restitution and child support.

I’d just returned from five days at the Computer Software Conference
in Portland and couldn’t wait to show off my Woman of the Year
trophy. All the way from the airport to the office I imagined different
versions of my triumphant entrance. Normally I would have taken the
cab to my condo to pick up my car, but this was one time I couldn’t wait
to share my news. Acting on impulse, I’d given the cabbie my office
address.
The chaos that greeted me looked like a scene from a bad movie.
Everywhere I looked, employees wept, swore or raced around like
hamsters in a wheel. Had the whole company gone crazy? My rolling suitcase
hit the marble reception room floor with a solid thwack, then toppled
over on its side.
