Apunta't a LibraryThing per saber si aquest llibre et pot agradar. No hi ha cap discussió a Converses sobre aquesta obra. Most of the recipes in this cookbook have ingredients that are out of reach either financially or logistically to most people. They look like they are probably tasty but don't depend on the pictures for that because they don't match the recipes. ( ) A few brilliant recipes and a lot of standard ones. I'm not sure I'm convinced that a lot of tofu and wheat is okay to eat, but it seems to be okay with him. I'm definitely making the roasted butternut squash, pomegranate, apple and goat cheese salad and the scallops with kale pesto and vegetables, and then bringing the book back to the library.
