This is a darling book. It's filled with the cutest illustrations of animals and one little monkey (the main character of our story) is the cutest of all. The phrasing in the book illustrates how children think when they hear something (I was there 4 years ago & didn't see anyone else). It's also really cute how the big brother (our hero) takes over to make everything just right for the baby he doesn't think is really inside mama's belly.

This is a hit for kids 2+. My 3 year old and 5 year old both loved it and I've had to read it several times in the car while waiting for the 7 year old to get out. Usually when I'm done with a book I'll hand it back to both kids and they'll take their turn at "reading" or retelling the story in their own words. It's really cute. LOL ( )
