Max and Emma are great characters and the whodunnit feel of the story kept me absorbed, wondering who was responsible for the horrible things happening. Good blend of romance and drama. ( ) Emma Callaway and Max Harrison do not get along. Max, a police detective and Emma, a fire investigator do not see eye to eye on anything. Both are dealing with upheavals within their personal lives. Emma dealing with a tough breakup and being the only female fighter feels she has to prove her worthiness in male dominated field. Max is dealing with the guilt of heartbreak that he feels from family. When these two team of to solve an arson/murder case, will they find comfort and redemption in the most unexpected of places? Or will the danger be too much to take? An action packed book with two strong characters. Good story. Sense ressenyes | afegeix-hi una ressenya
