It’s a sexy story about a vacation fling and two people finding the love they didn’t know they needed. I liked both Luke and Peyton well enough, but the story is so short there wasn’t much depth or character development. The sex scenes were really well written and very hot. The HEA is believable even if it felt a bit rushed. Taken By Him is the second book in the series, but can be read as a stand-alone. If you’re looking for something sexy and fun that won’t take up a lot your time this is one to pick up. (I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.) Luke is the biggest player I have yet to come across. Peyton is a woman who has works so hard at her job she has left no time for herself or love. When Peyton sets her sites on Luke for a fling things are hotter than hot! It was so hot and between these two when it was time to walk away they were both left burned. When their paths cross again it turns ugly. Can Luke convince Peyton that she isn't just another notch on his belt? Fantastic Ending.
