Karl and his wife, Sharon, have finally out-grown their two bedroom apartment, and with his recent raise at work and what they have in savings, they decide it is time to start house-hunting. Who wants to pay rent and share a wall with neighbors when you can have the whole place to yourself, a nice porch to relax on, a basement for an office, and a yard for your future children to play in? While scanning through online listings, they found a Victorian house at a bargain price, with a porch just like they wanted.
