This was a little bit boring for me to read. This would be a good book for pre-kindergarten or kindergarten. This is a picture book of the ABCs. Every page of the book has a letter on it and a picture. Each picture is a picture of something that is in the shape of the letter on that page. For example, the letter C was a picture of a shrimp because shrimp are in the shape of a C. The letter i was a candle because the wick and the flame of the candle are in the shape of an i. The letter o was headlights of a car. The photography was good quality and matched the shapes of the letters well. This is a good story to help students learn their letters. Maybe after reading this story kids would be able to find their own letters in public as well. ( )

I had mixed feelings about this book after “reading” it. I liked the book because it could definitely benefit young children who are starting to learn the alphabet. The book provided creative pictures of everyday items/things that portray letters in the alphabet. For example, the letter “c” was portrayed in a picture of shrimp being cooked in a pan. I didn’t like the fact that there were only pictures in this book. I think that including graphemes could have enhanced the alphabet learning process better. The idea of this book was to help young children recognized the letters in the alphabet in everyday items ( )
