I don't usually buy cookbooks designed in the style of this book--a recipe on one page and a full-page, full-color picture of the dish on the opposite page. They just rub me the wrong way. However, this book is so cute, 5 1/2 inches by 5 inches, by 1 3/4 inches that I couldn't resist. It comes from England, which gives the photos a certain exotic look. Some of the ingredients, particularly the shaped pasta, are just a little different from the ones I see at home. ( )
