It was bad.

The plot is a mess, the things that happen are just all over the place, I started the first chapter of Vol2 but it was too much when I saw that Spot's granpa was now a monkey, just too much, and the dialogue between them was so bad it hurt, so unnatural.

The characters maybe excepting Gwen are all shallow and bland and stereotypical, I don't care about them not because I dislike them but they just don't have any characteristics to make them interesting or relatable in any way.

And I just know the plot is going to keep getting more far fetched, it doesn't surprised me that this was cancelled because of low sales, it surprises me that someone thought it was good enough to publish.

But maybe I'm just not the target audience, maybe it's a more adolescent thing, iZombie is all about the fluff and some tacky one-liners, is more about romance than about eating people, but even then the romance wasn't so developed neither, it doesn't seem than any of the plot point or characters or anything are going anywhere.

I didn't like it at all. ( )
