Viatge a la felicitat és el primer dels tres llibres dedicat a l'anàlisi de les emocions de l'Eduard Punset. Però que ningú pensi que és un llibre d'autoajuda. L'autor no busca fòrmules per fer més feliç al lector (si no és amb el goig de la lectura, es clar). És l'alegria de la recerca per la recerca, el goig d'encabir en un llibre el que es coneix d'un sol sentiment.
Igual que en els seus programes de TV, la lectura del llibre de Punset és àgil i entenedora, tot i que de vegades s'entesti a utilitzar re-subordinades o refèrencies llarguissimes al ben mig del text. En rèsum, al contrari del que pugui semblar a priori, un glop d'aigua fresca. ( )
