If you have a "quirk" which is basically a superpower, you can attempt to enroll at the Academy where they train you to be a superhero! The main character wants to be a hero in the worst way but doesn't really have what it takes. In an interesting way I won't spoil here, he ends up getting into the Academy and the fun ensues! An interesting manga that has the usual high school tropes like bullies and unrequited love. I enjoyed it and would recommend it.
