Travis devotes half the book to the details of an "improoved speling convenshun". The attempt to fonetisiz speling misus the importuns of Meening which iz ofen suttly durivd from etimology.

With the Raenbo calendar, the 5th of each month is always a Friday, and the 12 months are divided into exact quarters for each season, with 60 six-day weeks, with the extra 5 1/2 days as solstice and equinox holidays, with two on a leap year.
(4) Certification of Academic Proficiencies -- alternative to meaningless metriculation diplomas from "school". Not static, but upgrade-able, reflects tested achievements employers could depend on.
