Wicked Edge (Realm Enforcers #2) by Rebecca Zanetti picks up where “Wicked Ride” ends. As the story opens Kellach and Alexandra are overseas, (having only have a few cameo appearances in this story), and brother Daire Dunne takes the lead in the hunt for the manufacture and distribution of Apollo, a devastating drug that effects both humans and witches. On a night out Daire eyes a beautiful woman named Cee Cee across the bar room, after a drink, some small talk and chaos in the bar, they soon find their way to Daire’s condo.

Like a fine jigsaw puzzle, this installment of the plot is a perfect fit with what came before it. The main characters are well written, like able, strong, no shortage of Alpha behavior, sexy, and have good chemistry. The supporting characters (and there are many) display appropriate emotions for the situations they’re in, rounding out the action, creating characters the reader can like or dislike, and supporting the “family ties” feeling of the book.

The chemistry and connection between Daire and Cee Cee is evident from the beginning, the ups & downs, Cee Cee’s tricks, the secrets that unfold like an onion skin all help to make the romantic element of the story quit fun. The story has several themes, all tied together well, and moving the overall plot forward; Cee Cee's background and family, a frame up of Simone, the continued hunt for the manufacture, destruction and distribution of Apollo, and Cee Cee’s personal mission, are all intertwined in the book.

The story ends with a satisfactory HEA, and enough of an unfinished plot to allow another book to be written. Although this book could be read as a standalone, I strongly suggest reading the books in order so the family ties, the different types of paranormal beings, and the overall threat of Apollo on this environment is understood.

Oh whoa man, what a book! I love this woman! CeeCee (spoilers with the full name so I'm not going to give it to you) is so kickass/badass she actually makes our Realm Enforcers look like pussycats. Beauty with amazing brains to boot and she managed to tame Daire! WOW! I don't want to give any spoilers so I'm not going to get into any scenes from the book which I would love to do because she is just that good. SO GO GET IT NOW!

Wow! This is the second book in the series and I have to say that I liked this one better than the first, well more than than that, I loved it. The tight story line, great characters, their bantering and the action made this a fantastic page turner, I couldn't put it down.

Just his luck, Daire decides to give in to temptation, just this once, and what does he get, a whole lot of trouble, that's what, she looks tiny and harmless, yeah right!

Cee Cee has her mission to accomplish but didn't count on an Enforcer getting in her way, and now he keeps turning up, everywhere. Is she glad? Yes, but she has things to do, she has no time for fun.

A great story full of tension and suspense. I loved Daire, he's my new favourite book alpha and Cee Cee was a great female heroine, she could really kick some bu**

When Cee Cee and Daire meet their lives become turbulent, action-packed, passion filled and never the same again. Cee Cee is set on revenge and Daire is drawn into the intrigue. There are Demons, shapeshifters, witches, and more with teleporting, fights, drugs, political maneuvering, back stabbing and plenty of steamy interaction. This is a story with strong male and female main characters that don’t give an inch as they move toward an ultimate understanding. This book was a great continuation of the Realm Enforcers series and I look forward to finding out what characters will have their story told in book three!
