Lots of people seemed to like this book, but I couldn’t get into it. Referring to one character by three different “names” was annoying. I know it was to make it mysterious as to who the bad guy was, but seriously? Man has 3 children, one of whom might as well be non existent; we went here or there, and oh yeah Emily was there too. Falling immediately in love with a woman you just met. Going into a hostage situation without backup and a civilian in tow. I could go on, but I won’t. Save your time and skip this one ( )

First of all Willow Rose has yet to write a book I don't love, so if I ever give her a bad review you know it was bad, this will NOT be a bad review. It took me a minute to figure out this book was based in Florida. But it didn't take me long to fall in love with Jack, the twins,Emily and Jacks parents with their little motel. I am just as anxious to read this series as I am to read an Emma Frost or Rebecca Franck story. WTG Willow you have me hooked again. ( )

I know some reviewers ripped this book apart, but it honestly wasn´t bad. Maybe it got revised since first published, or re-edited. It´s a quick reqd, nicely paced, and even though it seems a bit scattered at the beginning, in the end it all comes together. ( )
