While my memories of you, my angel girl, are rent by the pain of separation, I know that we are only a whisper apart until the day our Savior reunites us. I found this scripture written by your own hand in your nightstand, and I know you really meant it: "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interest of others." (Philippians 2:3-4) This is your beacon, and it is still shining today.
