However, I think my enjoyment comes from the fact it has been a long time since I've played any of the Elder Scrolls games, so the material in this book was both fresh and nostalgic for me where a couple of years ago it might have seemed stale. I was never sold on the vitality of the Elder Scrolls Online storyline as much as I was the Skyrim one (the years 2011 to 2014, I probably spent as much time in Skyrim as I did in the real world) so hopefully, with The Skyrim Library lorebooks up next, I'll truly rediscover more of what I enjoyed about that world. (
