My class knows that I have a thing for hedgehogs and since it was Valentine's Day, one of my students bought this book for me. We read it as a class and it is a perfect little Valentine's Day book! Great pictures and great story line. (

I bought this as a Christmas present, and of course I had to read it first. It is adorable and hilarious and so clever, I think she will love it! (

Horace and Hattie are two best friends that are both hedgehogs and just want to hug each other but they can't because it hurts to touch each other. The friends try to find different ways that might make it possible for them to hug, but they don't work. In the end, they both wear socks and find that it doesn't hurt and feels just right
