God through the Looking Glass
Dance, for God is Love!
Sing to the Lord a new song, Raise your voice with tambourine and lyre, for the Lord has put down our enemies, and our children study peace in the land - selah.
God builds of us a temple universal, All that God sustains praising. Build in honor temple, church, cathedral, Stone and mortar paean raising. Weave great tapestries remembering, All the works those hands are rendering, Beating out ornamentation, Symbolizing all creation.
If the sun is a mirror of divinity, Light blazes forth in excelsis Deo its gloria. If the sea is God's message of serenity, It echoes from its fathoms reflectent pax frofunda. Let us paint what we have seen and heard, to rumble off the canvas in a visual word. We have heard God shout in the thunder, whisper in the angelus across these twilight fields, and so we paint the moment in its wonder, harvesting its meaning as an orchard yields. How can we not revel in our handiwork, being ourselves the strokes of mighty brushwork" We reflect what moments do not cease - Sovereignty of glory, God of peace.
How does the poem speak? How does the God say? Weasel, weasel, weasel - look beyond the hedge, Rise up, mime! Look to it, actor! Celebrate the universal Dramatist, whose word is life and whose art is us.
Find me a form that i can use. Sing me a song that I can keep. Show me something true - eternal - in the kaleidoscopic modality of my ages give a means that transcends to Topic and celebrates true power, yes, of Love.
Called outside, inside by lustrous beauty, I wander through exquisite quintessence. I am muted. Speak, Word.
