I liked this story. As Jackson lists his reasons, I got to thinking about the mothers I know, including my own mom. Jackson may be on to something here. Eyes in the back of her head, check. Up late, check. Always tired, check. In her room in the dark when I finish showering, check. Makes me set my own alarm clock, check. Oh, NO! My mom's an ALIEN, too! I think other people's moms are aliens also. Who knows, maybe all moms are aliens.
