a lighthearted, funny read about Ben, a twelve year old, who questions his somewhat middle class lifestyle in comparison to the starving millions in the third world. His parents think that he is experiencing hormonal imbalances due to puberty and try to ignore his various forms of protest; some of his protests will bring tears to your eyes. As an adult i liked this book as it made me laugh and i could relate to Ben and his parents' anguish. ( )
