Good start

A lot of good information for a start. Some crosslinking is good also. Would have been a top rated book with just a little more. For instance, lists the common and then optional ingredients for many spice blends, but there's no base recipes, which would tell you the rough RATIOs of the blend so you could try mixing your own.
