I'm so sick of politics right now but I'm really glad I read this book. I feel safer knowing there's someone like Al Franken in Washington. ( ) His best book yet. In this time of extreme divisiveness, it is somewhat reassuring to know the are political participants and leaders that have the good of the American population as their credo. These political participants at all levels, local, state, national, work at accomplishing their goals (mostly ethically). Franken’s strong contribution is (once again) pointing out the absurdities, while recognizing the need to move forward with his agenda for his constituents. Sense ressenyes | afegeix-hi una ressenya

It's a book about our deeply polarized, frequently depressing, occasionally inspiring political culture, written from inside the belly of the beast. In this candid personal memoir, the honorable gentleman from Minnesota takes his army of loyal fans along with him from Saturday Night Live to the campaign trail, inside the halls of Congress, and behind the scenes of some of the most dramatic and/or hilarious moments of his new career in politics.
