This book totally resonated with me. I am a ballerina who is constantly struggling to find the perfect balance between training and living a healthy lifestyle while managing school. It's so true that we become what we eat. Diet is important and she teaches us how to get a strong and lean body, yet remain flexible. Misty is one of the principal dancers with American Ballet Theater and I had the honor of meeting her personally at a dinner party. She's truly an inspiration and teaches us a lot of valuable information in her amazing book. She embraces herself being different from the other ballet dancers in the corps line. ( )
