From humble beginnings and under tough conditions Hugh McKay and his brothers John and George persevered in their tiny blacksmith at Drummmartin until they had a machine that was capable of harvesting, thrashing, winnowing and bagging grain. It wasn't an easy task, however, with the lack of finances making it even harder. This is the story of an Aussie battler and his contribution to Australian agriculture.
