This was very disappointing. I should have realized based on the amount of white space despite the nicely colored paper. There is very little substance here. Most of this “guide” could be found in a Cosmo article. When the title says “beginners” they really mean it. Page after page is committed to the assumption that the reader has never boiled water, owns no cooking equipment, and has never been inside a grocery store. Some of the recipes could be useful. I will continue looking for more comprehensive coverage of diet and immune system disorders. ( )
