I think this type of biography is great for kids, since it's a picture book the illustrations might help keep kids interested it makes it more of a story rather than just facts about a person ( )

The illustrator, Lauren Castillo, does a great job of expressing White’s life through pictures along side the concise statements on each page. I was very interested in the fact that White had moved back to live on a farm after living in the city for a while. It was also funny to learn that Stuart Little was about a real mouse he had befriended as a child. I enjoyed this read and think it’s a great picture book biography for younger readers. ( )
