I read this as part of a small men's group and, while some of them enjoyed the book quite a bit. I found it lacking in substance and original thought. It is a thoughtful and well-written book that helps you accept yourself as you are, but strive to become a better version of the unique individual you are created to be. This is a book about living a balanced life and the power of progress to achieve life's goals. The book is divided up into 9 life lessons that will guide you to find balance, contentment, and peace in your life. I have to give this book 5 stars because it has inspired me to become the best version of myself and create balance in my life.
